Aerospace Charting Seniors Golf Group 2012 Membership Guidelines

Golfers will be required to play a minimum of 10 rounds with our group per season to remain a member in good standing. Failing to play this minimum, without a viable reason, will lead to being dropped from the roles for the following season. NGA retirees are excluded from being dropped. Additionally, any member, including NGA retirees, not playing a minimum of ten rounds will be required to pay full-price (golf and meal) at the final outing. Members playing 11 or more rounds will pay an adjusted rate (as we have done in the past) based on number of rounds played.

We are limiting active group players to a total roster of 175. This is a maximum working number for management and allows us enough members to average 100 or so per outing. Again this keeps us around 4.5 to 5 hours per round, maximum comps from the courses and balanced teams. We will be maintaining a list of potential non-NGA members (nominated by current members) and will use this list to fill vacancies at the start of each new season.
