For the first time in seven years 114 of us ventured back to this private course in Saint Charles County for a delightful day of golf. The weather was wonderful, cloud coverage to keep the sun out of our eyes(except during check in when (Randy, Ed , and Dennis were facing East and blinking). The wind on several occasions was a tad strong but the day was filled with a golfers delight. Admittedly in spite of getting off to an earlier start for most of us the day did stretch out and five plus hours was the norm for most teams. Highlight of the day and for the first time in quite awhile for our group, Tom Murphy guaranteed himself a CTP prize by getting an Ace on hole #15. We also noted that most of you heeded our request and the exact of amount for payment was received at the check in station. The course was in great shape and Nathan Charnes staff, especially Andrew Jury, treated us well. Par today was 72 and the playoff hole was #6.
