You just can't find a better day to play golf than the one we had yesterday. The course was great, the sky was blue, and the temperature was perfect, we deserved it!!! Ninety-nine eventually found their way to this course located in Wood River in spite of their changing the street we remembered named Lakin to Wesley. How could you fool grown adults who made maps for a living? Retired Wood River Assistant Police Chief, Mick Sabolo who now manages the course enlighten some of us regarding the name change but that's a story for another day. Here are the results from today, par was 72 and the play-off hole was #10.

In First at 9 under par the team of Bill Howell, Jim Dwyer, Bob Pahmeier, and Art Soble.
Six teams finished 8 under par. In Second with play-off hole placed the team of Joe Jarvis, Ernie South, Jack Eckhard, and Jerry White
In Third was the team of Ed de la Pena, Dennis Swift, Ron Martens, and Bob Eddy.
